HOW DO I ORDER FROM BACK TO THE BONE?

You can purchase online in the new eShop. Choose curbside pickup at your desired location, Burlington or Oakville (orders ready within an hour to 24hours max) or delivery (next business day when placed before 4pm and free for orders over $100). Sniff around our eShop, when you are ready, add the products to your cart, set up an account (be sure to join our loyalty points program for savings) and checkout using our secure online payment system. You will receive timely emails to let you know when your order is ready for pick-up or when your delivery will be shipped.

3444. A Store Associate will assist you with your order and method of payment. All curbside phone orders will be ready same day. When you arrive at one of our stores, call us to let us know you have arrived. We may see you when you pull up. Sit back, relax and your order will be brought out to your vehicle.
