Return Policy

 

Can I return products I purchased from your stores?

We accept returns for exchange and/or store credit within 30 days of purchase (item for return must still have original packaging and be unopened/unused).

Only regular priced items are available for return. Sale priced items are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, frozen items that have been thawed or not stored properly are ineligible for return.

An original receipt is required or the purchase must have been processed under a customer account with name and valid phone number and/or email address.

 

Exceptions:

We follow all of our manufacturer return policies. Each manufacturer has their own set return policy. If you are unsure of the policy on a product you’d like to return we recommend inquiring with one of our store associates to see if your return is eligible. We are here to help you out.

 

How do I return?

Items purchased on-line and in-store can be returned to either of our store locations. You can call us so we can make all the arrangements for you ahead of time.
